As stated on the Contract Rules & Regulations, all vendors are required to have a canopy that should be able to withstand wind and rain. Each leg of the exhibitor’s tent must have an attached 10 lb. weight, for a total of 40 lbs.
Empty tubs and boxes are to be stored away from customers traffic for safety purposes.
Merchandise you are selling must be items that are authentically made by the vendor who will be present at the show unless the vendor has paid for a commercial site. Only one vendor may sell a particular commercial product - no exceptions.
If you have a company or vendor name on your tent, it should be attractive and not worn. The point is for your space to be as attractive as the goods you are selling. Adding carpeting to the floor or added decorating touches says a great deal about a vendor. Your display will not only add value to your work, but guide customes to your booth.
To remind food vendors using a 10x20 space, it is requested you make as much effort as possible to soften any generator noise as to not disturb the vendors around you or the customers.
Please know our intention is for everyone to have a good time, maybe make a few new friends and of course, make some money. BPO Does #86 do several fund raising events throughout each year, adding fun and a good time to our efforts.
